I brought my very first brand new car from Edward Rucker in 2009!! I love the Outbacks. This is now my fourth Outback I've brought from Ed. I love the fact he make the process as easy as possible for me as the salesman. He do not pressure me into buying if it was not the one you wanted. Then he would find the one you wanted and I admire that about him. Each time I trade my Outback in for a newer version I upgraded. Outbacks is the car for me and if I decided to purchase another vehicle I will be going back to Ed Rucker even though it's a dealer closer to house. Billy and Mike worked hard to keep me at a decent payment arrangement. I thank every last one of them for a great car buying experience. Ed you are the best:) I even drive out to the Annapolis to get my car serviced on.

I recently purchased a new Legacy. I was not able to buy it from Annapolis as they did not have my interior preference in stock and I was in a hurry, but I still wanted to highlight that Andy Kohn provided the best pricing in the area. I had contact with over a dozen dealers through the Internet and Andy's pricing was amazing. I did go to the Annapolis dealership in person and he was also a very nice and straightforward guy. I highly recommend a trip to Annapolis for your next Subaru purchase! From my experience I would also like to point out that there is no reason to use a pricing service like USAA. The pricing received through the pricing service was not any better than the prices emailed to me from dealers.

I wanted to downgrade to a smaller car/SUV but wanted all-wheel drive (AWD) and my search led me to Subaru. I had never really considered myself to be a "Subaru" person but I wanted to keep the price below $25K so my car payments would be more manageable. I walked into the dealership on a whim one fine Monday and was warmly greeted by Erica. I had no timeline for the purchase of the car so I really just wanted to test drive to see if the car was even worth considering. The car handles pretty well and Erica and I had a nice chat while she detailed some of the safety features and accessories I could get for the car if I decided to buy. She even went over some of the pros and cons for buying vs. leasing which was really helpful. I told her I needed some time to think things over and would let her know in about 48hours. I went back to the dealership a week later and during this time, Erica and I were corresponding via e-mail. She wasn't pushy as car salespeople tend to be and took the time to answer my numerous questions (i.e. What the heck are paddle shifters?) Anyway, I picked up the car about two weeks after my initial visit and the process (financing, warranties etc.), though a bit tiresome went relatively quickly. Added bonus: Erica gave me a lift to the dealership in her brand new Subaru! Don't you feel a little more confident when the dealer also drives the car he is trying to sell you?
