I made an online inquiry and promptly received a phone call from a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman, Erik Wangdahl. we made an appointment for the next day for which he sent a personalized e-mail confirmation. When I stopped by he was patient, prepared and professional, and we made further arrangements foe me to return with my wife the next day. on that occasion, we had my title and trade in with us and were able to drive our new car home that afternoon. I have since heard from both Erik following up on a couple of "We Owes" and from the dealership's general sales manager to make sure that I was treated fairly.

Given the number of cars I have had serviced over the years I guess I had formed an impression of what to expect when getting my car serviced. Annapolis Subaru has consistently been a very positive experience; more so than anywhere else I can remember. I like that I speak with the same service advisor (Jimmy Massie) at each appointment. If you work with the same person you grow to trust them. Jimmy takes the time to explain the problem if a repair is necessary, and gives you options for fixing it. In two and a half years I have had no trouble making appointments around my schedule. While I have been offered a loaner car, it has never been necessary. I generally use the shuttle which works well for me. (I don't think I've ever been "offered" a loaner anywhere else without having to line one up in advance.) At one point I was confused about setting up my remote garage door opener and ran back in for help. Jimmy was working with someone else and Doug Wright helped me. He took the time to look up the make of the garage door to see if was compatible with my car. He offered to walk me through it if I had any problems at home. I have mentioned that to other people because I was really impressed. There is another Subaru dealership closer to my home, but it is worth it to me to come to Annapolis.

I bought a 2014 Crosstrek at Annapolis Subaru. My sales experience was nothing special and nothing horrible until they presented my new car to me. There were bits of sticky paper and lint all over the dashboard and the windshield was smudgy. Salesman saw me trying to brush off the dashboard but just walked away because one of his friends was standing there waiting for him. When I was invited by Subaru to rate my sales experience I gave average ratings. A few days later the salesman actually called me on the phone and reamed me out for giving a bad review.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car had only 13k miles at the time When I left I immediately noticed the difference in the brakes. They were now very touchy almost to the point that they felt like they would lock up. I assumed at that time that they knew what they were doing and just did a quick adjustment. During the next few months the brakes became noisy and squeaky and there was play in the brake pedal. It sounded like the front right pad was loose and rattling. Before I brought the car in there the brakes were fine, smooth and silent, just like they were when the car was brand new. I never asked for any brake work. The service writer did not mention anything about brakes when I paid my bill. I eventually got it fixed elsewhere. Due to this and other experiences with Annapolis Subaru I will never go back.

I had been shopping for a used car for almost a year. I went to Annapolis Subaru to see if they had any used hatchbacks. I didn't realize that they were closing when I walked in, but the dealer still helped me and showed me a few cars. I went back the next day to test drive a few I saw, and immediately fell in love with the little Mini Cooper S. Now because I had been car shopping for about a year, I was tired and frustrated and ready for the whole process to be over. But the gentlemen who helped me, Andre, was extremely helpful and quick with the whole process. This was by far the most relaxing, stress-free dealership I have ever been too. I highly recommend that anyone looking for either a Subaru or any used car try this place out! P.S. I also got a GREAT deal in the car!

We bought a used 2012 Prius V from Bob and could not have been more pleased with the sales process. Bob was available late into the evening to answer our questions and was able to answer all our questions about the Prius despite it being a Subaru dealer. He was knowledgeable, personable, and available to help us seal the deal without being overly aggressive about the sale. Bob was up front with us about the car and its history (not that there was anything to conceal). This was a great contrast as opposed to other area dealerships where we had negative sales experiences. Bob was a breath of fresh air! In addition, Billy was able to beat our bank's car loan rate. Billy said that customers expect a better class of service in Annapolis, and that certainly holds true for our experience with Bob and Billy at Annapolis Subaru. If we're ever in the market for a Subaru, we know where we're going!

I was in the market for a new car and was leaning towards another make and model but my daughter convinced me to at least take a look at a Subaru as she has had two of them and they have been good, reliable cars. I stopped in Annapolis Subaru and was greeted and helped by Andre Gayle. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful yet I did not get a hard sell or pressure as I had gotten from other dealers/salespeople. I was impressed with the style and accessories of the 2015 Outback, they had one in stock that had everything in it I wanted. The price quoted was fair and I left a deposit on the car and left so I could "think about it" I asked them to email me a link to the finance application so I could see what sort of rates they offered and I filled it out on line. They came back with a GREAT rate, I called the next morning and said I would take it, to get it ready and I'd be in at 1:00 but my time was limited and I needed to do everything quickly. When I arrived, Andre had everything ready for me, the paperwork, the car, the manuals, everything. I was in and out of there faster than I had hoped and drove my new car home. Although I have had the car only a few days, so far I am really enjoying it and hope to for years to come. Andre has followed up immediately with a very nice thank you letter and responded immediately when I emailed him asking for the vin so I could finalize my insurance. All in all, after purchasing more than 8 new cars over the years, this has been the easiest, most pleasant purchase I have made. I wholeheartedly recommend Andre Gayle and Annapolis Subaru - if you stop in, tell Andre Joyce said hello!
